What does my membership include?
Membership with the Ohio UM CDC is all about collaboration. We are a Collaborative bringing together our wisdom, experience, questions, practice, mistakes, ideas, and passion, for the sake of discipleship and transformation in all of our communities. Becoming a member gives you access to the other members in the Collaborative, discounts to events and trainings, content and conversations online, as well as support and encouragement in your community development efforts.

What kinds of community development initiatives do you support?
Community Development is a broad and often vague term for the work we do in our communities. We might have different ideas and pictures of what community development is, and that's ok. We are here to support the work God is calling your community to invest in. Scheduling a site visit would be the best way to determine if your initiative aligns with the resources we have. Site visits don't always translate to physical or financial support, but we love to encourage, share stories and mistakes, and hear about the work you are doing.
Can I or my church become a member if we are not in the East or West Ohio UM Conferences?
Our current focus is the churches and ministries located and affiliated with the East and West Ohio UM Conferences. And we love new friends and neighbors! Anyone or any church is welcome to become a member and access the benefits of the individual or church memberships, including content, events, site visits. However, physical and/or financial resources may be restricted depending on your initiatives or partnerships.
